Tyler is 13 months old!I can't believe how fast time flies when you have a child. I can't imagine how fast it will go with more than one kid. Tyler is truly a blessing for all the obvious and some of the not so obvious reasons.
I will say that somewhere between her birthday and now she has transitioned overnight from a baby to a full-out toddler.
- Tyler no longer has any bottles ONLY sippy cups. This was a super easy transition...not one tear shed.
- She has definitely picked her lovey - Lamby (God help mommy if we go somewhere and she doesn't have it....especially in the car)
- She loves to eat (most of the time): her favorite thing for breakfast is honey-nut cheerios & bananas. Lunch - she likes grill cheese sandwiches or chick-fila nuggets and fruit (loves watermellon, pears, mango). Dinner is whatever mommy & daddy are having. Mommy doesn't want any picky eaters.... so far so good
- She has moved from walking to running. She is pretty fast but she definitely got her grace from mommy because she falls more than she is up!
- Tyler never cries unless she is super tired or she has really hurt herself.
- She has become a jabber-mounth
- playing - whatever it is she just wants to throw it. She has a wicked arm and she likes to pick stuff up and throw it back down.
- Most Amazing: Tyler picked up her toy golf club and started hitting one of the balls from the ballpit around the room.....without us helping her. I don't think she is a prodigy or anything but pretty cool to see. Daddy can't wait to get her out on the course.
