23 inches long
12 pounds
Tyler can...
sit up with assistance
lift her head/chest up during tummy time
bat at her toys
recognize mommy and daddy's voices and turn her head to look for us
coo and goo in conversation
smile at people that make funny faces or that lightly blow on her face
Tyler loves...
mommy and daddy
her pets (but not when they try and lick her face)
her toys
being rocked to sleep
watching the ceiling fan
eating
taking a bath
Tyler hates...
being in her car seat when the car is not moving
sleeping on her back
playing by herself for to long
direct sunlight in her face
the timeframe between 5-7:30 (cranky time)
Her hair continues to grow, grow, grow. That is of course the first thing people comment on. It is hard to go out anywhere without people stopping us to comment on her or to touch her hair! On a positive note....it has started to lay down in the front. The top/back continues to stand up straight on her head. People ask me what I do to make it do that.....I have to tell them I don't do anything....that is au natural.
I see a lot of me in Tyler (especially her personality) but everyone that see's her comments on how much she looks like Brian. She definitely has a Foss nose!!! A lot of her facial expressions come right from daddy.
This is Gerry the Giraffe (daddy named him). Tyler has a love-hate relationship with Gerry. As far as milestones....Tyler can bat at her toys and sometimes she will grab them. She has discovered her hands...especially her pointer fingers. They are a source of lots of entertainment. She has started to pull her hair and then cry....she doesn't put cause and effect together yet!!!
Tyler has always had great neck muscle control so she is already able to sit up in her bumbo chair.
Hanging out in my chair...

Baby feet. Her feet were big when she was first born but she has grown into them. She definitely has Foss feet.
